Mr. Willis has been employed with Cleveland County Water since 2007 when he began as a Meter Reader. He has gone on to serve in the roles of Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Crew Supervisor, and is now serving as the Distribution Superintendent/ORC.
Mr. Willis grew up in Belwood, NC where he graduated from Burns High School in 1998. He holds a C Surface Water Treatment Certificate and an A Distributions Operators Certificate.
Mr. Willis is a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
