Mr. Elliott has been employed with Cleveland County Water since 2004. After starting as a Maintenance Technician, he had the opportunity to transfer to the water plant in 2017. After serving as the Senior Plant operator and Waste Water ORC, he now serves as the Water Treatment Plant Supervisor/ORC.
Mr. Elliott was born and raised in upper Cleveland County where he graduated from Burns High School in 2000. He also achieved an Associate's degree from Catawba Valley Community College in Turf Grass Management.
Mr. Elliott holds an A Distribution Operators Certificate, an A Surface Water Treatment Certificate, a Grade I Physical/Chemical Waste Water license all from the State of NC.
Mr. Elliott has been married to his wife Casey since 2014 and they have one son and one daughter.
